20 Euro for members as from 13 years

Each club holder buys lifetime membership's of the IKO for its connected members.
The price amounts to 15 euro (dd. 2001.09.11).
Each club holder can bondsboekjes order in which the graduations, training periods and games of the member concerned are mentioned.

The examinations as from 1st kyu take place under the control of the highest graduate karateka of the organisation, in.the.presence.of the club holder.

The current situation:
Shihan Marc Van Walleghem are President of the central examining board and decrease the examinations as from 1st kyu till sandan.
For higher graduations an international examination jury must be composed, with authorisation of Honbu-Japan.
Minimum age for graduation to Shodan-Ho: 16 years.
Graduation of Shodan-Ho to Shodan: automatically on age of 18 years.
Intervallen for promotion after examination by the central commission
2e kyu > 1st kyu: 6 months
1st kyu > shodan: 1 year
shodan > nidan: 2 years
nidan > sandan: 3 years
sandan > yondan > godan etc... none postulated timetable; of merit of the candidate and always have been proposed to Honbu-Japan depend by branch-chief among which the candidate concerned comes under (for the highest degree other branch-chief have been required).
Kandidaturen for dan-graden must be aimed with written agreement of the club holder concerned to the President of the central examining board. The application must contain vitae (mbt karate) beside motivation tevens the curriculum of the candidate.
Examinations at another branch chief can be taken off after a written recommendation of the President of the central examining board and of the club holder concerned.
